We simply charge £50 per night plus sales tax of 13% if paid to the resort on arrival. 

If you pay in full with your booking we offer 10% discount per night and you don't have to pay the sales tax.

Terms and Conditions

When booking your apartment you can opt to pay 100% deposit at the time of booking, entitling you to 10% discount.

Alternatively you can pay 10% deposit with the balance being due 4 weeks prior to departure.

Failure to pay the balance on time will mean that the booking is cancelled without refund.

Cancellation prior to 4 weeks must be in writing to reservations@bahamabayresortflorida.com and will entitle you to a 100% refund of any monies paid.

Cancellations received in writing 2 - 4 weeks in advance of the booking and will entitle you to a 50% refund.

Cancellations less than two weeks prior to the arrival date will incur a forfeit of 100% of the rental fee.

A $75.00 cleaning fee will be due at the time of departure payable directly to the resort.

Bahama Bay check in time is 4pm - Bahama Bay Check out time is 10am

A credit card imprint will be taken at the time of check in to cover incidental expenses.
